Nadeem is Rangeland’s unwavering advocate for quality throughout our operations. Whether it is understanding customers or executing plans, he strives to excel in his results delivery while bringing innovative solutions to complex problems.

As a quality assurance auditor, Nadeem oversees all aspects of quality in our organization and manages regulatory bodies requirements. He excels in QMS management, ranging from early project planning to on-site quality support throughout construction and commissioning. Viewing each project as an opportunity to grow, he supports our team to further expand their skills while cultivating client relationships along the way.

Nadeem has 18 years of progressive experience in quality, Lean, ISO 9001, process excellence and continuous improvement in diverse industries. He has also worked as a production manager, assistant plant manager, and manufacturing operations manager. Nadeem has managed the QMS of over 250 oil & gas, mining, industrial and construction projects of varying magnitude and scale.

Nadeem holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics and Math, CWB welding inspector Level 1, and has Lean Six Sigma green belt from McGill university complimented with certifications in Internal audit, operations management, and Kaizen.
