Our expertise extends to cogeneration and power projects, 100 MW and less. Rangeland’s team is experienced in the design, operations, commissioning and maintenance of cogeneration integrated into process facilities. Combined heat and power plants are typically embedded close to the end-user and therefore help reduce transportation and distribution losses, improving the overall performance of the electricity transmission and distribution network.

Rangeland can add value and minimize environmental impact with the following cogen and power activities:

• Cogen auxiliary systems
• Peak shaving
• Refurbished turbines fueled by sour gas solutions or gas production
• Process integration (electrical, HRU and heat medium integration, and process control)
• Surplus equipment with warranty if required
